Grants for Health Programs in TexasThe Valley Baptist Legacy Foundation is accepting grant applications. The Foundation funds programs that measurably improve the health of those living in the lower Rio Grande Valley by promoting healthy lifestyles and providing increased access to healthcare for all.  

The next application deadline is November 1, 2017.



Community Improvement Grants in Washington
Community Grants Available for Nonprofits in WashingtonThe Greater Tacoma Community Foundation is accepting applications for Spark Grants. This is a grant program designed to help bring people-powered ideas to life within Pierce County, WA. 


The next application deadline is October 13, 2017.



Grants for Rural Church Outreach Programs in North Carolina

The Duke Endowment is accepting applications for North Carolina Rural Church Grants. This program will offer funding to United Methodist Churches in rural areas for health and human service-related outreach programs, church development, and leadership programs.  The pre-application deadline is August 12, 2017. 



Capital Project Grant Funds for Outdoor Recreation and Conservation

Dane County Parks accepts applications year round for the Conservation Fund Grant Program . This program offers grants to non-profit organizations and local governmental units for the purchase of land or land interests identified in the Dane County Parks & Open Space Plan or for lands in buffer areas immediately adjacent to park lands. There is no application deadline.

 



Field Improvement Grants Available - Multiple States

The Pirates Charities Fields for Kids program provides financial support to improve youth baseball and/or softball facilities via matching grants. The program is open to any independent nonprofit tax-exempt organization, school or local government unit that operates youth baseball and/or softball programs within the Pittsburgh Pirates market area, which primarily encompasses Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio, and West Virginia.  Application deadlines are March 6 and August 1, 2017.
