Grants Available for Nonprofits in Vermont
The Vermont Community Foundation is accepting applications to the the Walter Cerf Community Fund. The Walter Cerf Community Fund committee aspires to continue that focus: roughly two-thirds of the grants are reserved for Addison County/Brandon projects and roughly one-third is reserved for statewide projects. Priority interests are the arts, education, historic preservation, and social services.  The application deadline is June 7, 2016.

Community Grants Available for Nonprofits in Indiana
Dubois REC accepts applications for Operation Round Up grants quarterly.  Funding categories are community service, education, youth, and environment.  Grant cycle deadlines are the last working day of February, May, August and November.

Grants for Teachers to Purchase School Supplies - Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois
The Meemic Foundation and Quill.com have opened the Quill.com Back to School Grants application period. This program will award 1,500 teachers across Michigan, Wisconsin and Illinois grants for back to school supplies through Quill.com.  The application deadline is June 30, 2016.

Grants for Health Programs in California
The Barton Foundation is accepting grant applications for programs and organizations that positively impact the health of the South Lake Tahoe community. In this grant cycle, the Community Health Advisory Committee give priority to projects and programs that address mental health, substance abuse, and access to healthcare services.  The application deadline is June 30, 2016.

Grants for Nonprofits in New Jersey
Impact 100 Garden State is accepting grant applications in the interest areas of Arts & Culture, Children & Families, Education, Environment, Preservation & Recreation (including animal welfare), and Health & Wellness.  The application deadline is May 25, 2016.
