Community Improvement Grants in Wisconsin

The Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin accepts applications quarterly to their Community Enhancement Grants program. Funding is available for innovative projects that have a positive impact on enriching life in the community of Wausau / Marathon County.  The application deadlines are the first business day of March, June, September, and December.

Mini Grants for Teachers in Wisconsin

 The Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation is offering grants up to $100 each to Pre-School through High School teachers, in a public or private school system, to fund projects that promote agricultural literacy in the classroom.  The application is October 15, annually.

Digital Literacy Program Grants Available in Texas

The Grants for Technology Opportunities (GTOPS) is a City of Austin funded matching grant program supporting local organizations in their efforts to include all citizens in an emerging digital society.  The application deadline is early December, annually.

Literacy Based Project Grants (Multiple States)

City National Bank is accepting applications for grants to support literacy-based projects at public and private elementary, middle and high schools in five states.  The application deadline is early December, annually.

Grants for Housing and Human Services in Connecticut and Rhode Island

The Dime Bank Foundation is accepting applications for their next grant round.  Organizations seeking to apply for a grant must be located in the greater New London County or Westerly/Pawcatuck, R.I., areas and possess a tax exempt 501(c)3.
The foundation accepts applications on a year-round basis and the board reviews requests quarterly.

Grants for Nonprofit Organizations in New Jersey

The Karma Foundation makes grants primarily in the areas of arts and culture, health and human services, autism, education, literacy, public libraries in NJ, and the enrichment of Jewish life to organizations in New Jersey.  Interested applicants should first contact the foundation with a letter of inquiry before submitting a proposal.  There is no deadline. The Hillsborough Education Foundation accepts grant applications from Hillsborough County Public School teachers and administrators, grades K-12.  The application deadline is mid-October, annually.


Community History Grants

The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution Special Projects Grants committee is accepting grant applications to provide financial support to projects in local communities to promote historic preservation, education and patriotism.  The application deadline is December 31, annually.

The Park City Sunrise Rotary is accepting grant requests from local and national organizations. The application deadline is October 31, annually.

Community Giving Program Grants in Connecticut

Charter Oak Federal Credit Union's Community Giving Grants Program is geared specifically to non-profit organizations that foster economic development and social well-being in both New London and Windham counties.  The quarterly review deadlines are: January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.
