Just a few of the grants available in Iowa...

Grants Available for Schools (multiple states)
Casey's will begin accepting applications to their Cash for Classrooms program in October.  The application deadline is November 30, 2021




Education Program Grants Available (multiple states)

The Donaldson Foundation makes grants to positively impact the communities in which Donaldson Company employees live and work by supporting education. 

Application deadlines are March 1 and October 1.



Human Service Program Grants

The Viking Foundation of Lincoln is accepting grant applications from 501(c)(3) organizations in Lancaster County, Nebraska; Polk County, Iowa; and Denver County, Colorado. The grants will be for those who are challenged with education, poverty, housing, gender, mental and physical health, and other issues.  The application deadline is October 1, annually.



Pets in the Classroom Grant

Pets in the Classroom is an educational grants program supporting responsible pet care for school classrooms. Sponsored by the Pet Care Trust, the goal of the program is to establish healthy child-pet relationships at an early age by supporting responsible pet care in Pre-Kindergarten-9th Grade classrooms across the U.S. and Canada in both public and private schools.  Applications for the 2021 -22 school year will be accepted beginning August 1.


Grants for Nonprofit Organizations in Iowa

The Dallas County Foundation has an annual grant cycle. The foundation’s areas of emphasis include: arts and culture, youth development, education, health, human services, community improvement, recreation, historic preservation, and environment.  The deadline is February 1, annually.Iowa grants



Grants for Nonprofits in Jefferson County Iowa

The Greater Jefferson County Foundation is accepting grant applications for educational, cultural, civic and charitable purposes for the benefit of the greater community of Jefferson County, Iowa. Area communities benefiting from these grants include Fairfield, Batavia, Libertyville, Lockridge, Pleasant Plain, and Packwood.  The application deadline is June 1, annually.



Grants to Research a Cure for Tinnitus (National)

The American Tinnitus Association Research Grant Program financially supports scientific studies investigating tinnitus. Studies must be directly concerned with tinnitus and contribute to ATA's goal of finding a cure.  The next application deadine is May 1.



Iowa Grants for Nonprofits

Jasper Community Foundation makes grant awards to worthwhile projects located in the County. The foundation's focus areas include arts and culture, economic development, education, environment, health and human services, recreation and other community activities.  The application deadline is generally April 30, annually.

 



Grants for Wildlife Conservancy, Performing Arts, and More (National)

The Thornton S. Glide, Jr. and Katrina D. Glide Foundation is a charitable trust providing benefits for qualified organizations committed to animal protection organizations, and other land and wildlife conservancy groups.  The application period is generally May 15 to August 15, annually.



Grants for Nonprofits in Iowa

The Siouxland Community Foundation accepts applications annually for the Fund for Siouxland grant program. The application deadline is May 15, annually.
