Through its General Grants Program, Community Memorial Foundation provides funding support for programs and organizations that effectively address issues in one or more priority areas:

* Expanding access to health care for uninsured or underinsured people
* Supporting youth
* Strengthening families
* Supporting older adults
* Encouraging community cohesiveness

Grants are given to organizations located within the Foundation's geographic target area or serving a significant documented percentage of the local population in the communities of:

Proposal requests for General Grants will be considered twice per year, March 31 and September 30.

Proposals received after a scheduled submission date will be processed during the subsequent review period.
