The City of Muskogee Foundation accepting applications twice annually for program grants. The foundation has four primary focus areas:

* Economic Development
* Education & Empowerment
* Health and Wellness
* Quality of Life

Funding priority for all focus areas will be given to organizations primarily serving the citizens of Muskogee, Oklahoma.

Spring Cycle:  The Letter of Inquiry is due on February 15, invited applicants will need to submit the full proposal by May 1.

Fall Cycle:  The Letter of Inquiry is due on August 1, invited applicants will need to submit the full proposal by November 1.
