Description
The Hawaii Women's Legal Foundation accepts applications bi-annually.
Grant requests will be accepted from organizations and projects that help to improve the legal status and welfare of women and children in Hawaii.
Grants are made for projects, or as a means to “jump-start” an organization’s funding sources. Its primary criteria in considering funding applications include improving women and children’s access to the legal system; reducing child abuse; reducing domestic violence; reducing sexual abuse; increasing financial independence; and improving women and children’s health, education and welfare.
The application deadlines are the first Fridays of April and October, annually.
Grant information was last reviewed by our staff on 4/10/2023
