The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources accepts applications annually through the Wild Resource Conservation Program for grants to protect the state’s native biodiversity. The program is intended to protect non-game animals, native plants and their habitat.

Grants are awarded in support of research, conservation and education projects across Pennsylvania. Applications will be accepted in four specific areas: species surveys; conservation and management; research; and educational media.

The application deadline is in late June / early July annually
