Grants for Nonprofit Organizations in Indiana
The Blackford County Community Foundation is accepting grant applications for several fields of interest.  Application deadlines are February 16 and July 20, 2017.

Capital Project Grant Funds for Outdoor Recreation and Conservation

Dane County Parks accepts applications year round for the Conservation Fund Grant Program . This program offers grants to non-profit organizations and local governmental units for the purchase of land or land interests identified in the Dane County Parks & Open Space Plan or for lands in buffer areas immediately adjacent to park lands. There is no application deadline.

 



Field Improvement Grants Available - Multiple States

The Pirates Charities Fields for Kids program provides financial support to improve youth baseball and/or softball facilities via matching grants. The program is open to any independent nonprofit tax-exempt organization, school or local government unit that operates youth baseball and/or softball programs within the Pittsburgh Pirates market area, which primarily encompasses Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio, and West Virginia.  Application deadlines are March 6 and August 1, 2017.



Grants for Youth Hunting Programs in North Dakota

The North Dakota Game and Fish Department is accepting grant applications to fund youth hunting and shooting activities.  The application deadline is April 19, annually.  North Dakota grants



Grants for Nonprofits in Wisconsin

The Community Foundation of Dunn County is currently accepting grant applications from Dunn County area non-profit organizations and community groups that support the arts, culture, heritage, the environment, recreation, education, health, basic human needs and other civic initiatives.  The application deadlines are February 1 and August 1, 2017.



Trail and Park Grants for Nonprofits in Illinois

Illinois Trail GrantsThe Metro East Park and Recreation District is accepting applications to the MEPRD FY17 Park and Trail Grant Matching Program for parks, greenways, and trail projects in Madison and St. Clair Counties . There are numerous types of eligible projects such as land acquisition, land development and/or enhancements. Several examples are given in the guidelines.  

Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until June 30, 2017.  



Community Grants in New Hampshire

Grants in New HampshireThe Meredith Village Savings Bank Fund makes grants every year to local community initiatives and non-profits that make a significant impact upon the lives of people in the communities they serve.  


The next application deadline is October 15, annually.

The Sunderland Foundation makes grants annually to publicly supported charitable organizations with tax exempt status under section 501 [c] 3 of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation prefers to make grants for capital and special projects rather than for annual operating expenses.   Applications may be submitted at any time.

Grants for Nutrition Programs in Massachusetts

The Vela Foundation is a private grantmaking foundation dedicated to promoting improved nutrition and wellness for families in eastern Massachusetts. They support organizations that improve access to healthy foods and encourage fitness through nutritional education and physical activity.  Letters of inquiry are accepted on a rolling basis.
