Grants for Basic Needs Programs in New York
East Hill Foundation is currently accepting letters of inquiry from nonprofit (501c3) organizations. Community giving is primarily focused within the eight counties of Western New York: Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans and Wyoming County.  The application deadline is May 20, 2019.




Animal Rescue Grants

The Doris Day Animal Foundation makes grants to nonprofit organizations for animal welfare, human assistance animals, the care and feeding of animals, and pet adoption and rescue.  The next LOI period is April 1 - April 30, 2019.



Grants for Nonprofit Organizations in South Florida
The Batchelor Foundation is private foundation focused on grant making to support children, animals, and the natural environment in South Florida.   Applications are accepted on a quarterly basis.

 



Animal Welfare Grants in Central Florida

Franklin’s Friends accepts grant applications from local 501(c)(3) and government agencies in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Volusia, or Lake Counties.  Each organization may only apply once per calendar year.



Spay and Neuter Grants in Florida
Florida Animal Friend, an organization dedicated to saving the lives of unwanted cats and dogs throughout Florida, offers funding annually for organizations striving to make a difference in the pet over-population problem by providing free or low-cost spay and neuter programs.  The application period is January 1 to April 1, annually.




Grants for Nonprofit Organizations in Greater Salina Kansas

The Greater Salina Community Foundation is accepting grant applications to the Fund for Greater Salina, an unrestricted community grant fund. Applications are not limited to a particular issue or target population.  The application period runs from July 1 to April 25 and applications may be submitted at any time during that period.  



Grants for Nonprofits in Iowa
The Greater Jefferson County Foundation is accepting grant applications for educational, cultural, civic and charitable purposes for the benefit of the greater community of Jefferson County, Iowa. Area communities benefiting from these grants include Fairfield, Batavia, Libertyville, Lockridge, Pleasant Plain, and Packwood.  The application deadline is June 1, annually.




Animal Welfare Grant

The Howard J. & Dorothy Adleta Foundation is an independent foundation providing grant support for the following areas: animal welfare and health.  The application deadline is August 1, annually.



Spay and Neuter Grants in Washington

The Washington Federation of Animal Care and Control Agencies accepts applications quarterly for funding generated by the "We Love Our Pets" License Plates.  


Application deadlines are March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31.  Washington grants
